Land's End is at the Southern tip of Sunset Beach at Treasure Island, Florida. This private condo community is almost entirely surrounded by water and its location makes it seem as if you have your own private beach. There is no other resort that compares to Land's End. Of all of the places to stay in the St. Petersburg/Tampa Bay area this is your home away from home.
Our vacation condo is a Two-Bedroom unit on the Gulf Front. This means it is located directly on the beach. Other condo units are Bay-view, which is on the back of the development and some units are Gulf-view, which means they are not directly on the beach but you can see the gulf waters from the unit. Our condo is also one of the more desirable locations because it is an end unit and is on the top floor. Maximum occupancy is four. The accommodations in our condo include one king bed and two twins.

In addition there is a $500.00 security deposit, which if unused, will be returned 30 days after departure. We require 60 days notice prior to arrival date to cancel your reservation for a full refund of your security deposit.
A $90.00 departure cleaning fee is charged for our 2 bedroom unit.
12% Florida sales tax applies to all charges.
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
During peak season, our unit is reserved months in advance, so call early to confirm your preferred dates. We have a professional rental agency that handles our condo and therefore the actual unit is subject to change to a comparable unit without prior notice. If our condo is occupied, there are other units available at Land's End and our rental agency will be glad to make these arrangements.
